These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the mobile timekeeping application (the “App”) provided by iWire Electric. These Terms also apply to SMS communications sent through the App for operational timekeeping and workforce coordination purposes.
By using the App and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive work-related SMS notifications from the Company.
Program Description
The App is a company-issued mobile timekeeping system used by employees to record work hours, verify job site attendance, and support payroll processing.
SMS Communications
Employees who provide their mobile phone number may receive SMS messages related to the operational use of the App. By providing a mobile phone number and using the App, employees consent to receive work-related SMS messages from the Company related to timekeeping and operational notifications.
These messages may include reminders to clock in or clock out, notifications regarding missed punches, job assignment updates, and job site updates or schedule changes. Message frequency may vary depending on employee activity and work schedules.
These messages are intended solely to support company timekeeping procedures and workforce coordination. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s mobile carrier plan.
Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS notifications may impact the ability to receive timekeeping reminders.
User Responsibilities
Employees are responsible for using the App appropriately and ensuring that timekeeping entries are accurate and submitted in accordance with company policies.
Changes to These Terms
iWire Electric may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
