When employees use the App, certain information may be collected in order to support timekeeping and operational functions. This may include basic employee information such as name, mobile phone number, and email address.

The App also collects time punch data such as clock-in and clock-out records used for payroll processing and attendance tracking. This information allows the Company to accurately record work hours and manage workforce scheduling.

In addition, the App may collect job site location information or device GPS data in order to verify employee attendance at assigned work locations and support job site timekeeping verification. Location information may be collected when employees interact with the App, such as during clock-in or clock-out activities, to ensure accurate job site reporting.

Certain device information related to the use of the App may also be collected to help maintain system performance, reliability, and security.

SMS Communications

Employees who provide their mobile phone number may receive SMS messages related to the operational use of the App. By providing a mobile phone number and using the App, employees consent to receive work-related SMS messages from the Company related to timekeeping and operational notifications.

These messages may include reminders to clock in or clock out, notifications regarding missed punches, job assignment updates, and job site updates or schedule changes. Message frequency may vary depending on employee activity and work schedules.

These messages are intended solely to support company timekeeping procedures and workforce coordination. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

iWire Electric does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through the App may only be shared internally with company management, payroll processing systems, or service providers that support the operation of the App.

Any service providers assisting with the system are required to maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of the information.

Data Security

The Company takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information collected through the App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
